NEWS! We have decided to cut back on our Hollands so I can continue to devote time to our livestock. We will not be showing, but still breeding pedigreed Hollands from great lines to for pets and show.
Many Hollands, Carriers, and Cages Available!

Welcome to Drowsy Waters Rabbitry! We are located in NW Oregon in a small
town called Gaston, near Forest Grove and Hillsboro. We are cutting back to 7 breeding animals and will have babies ready to go to pet, 4H, or show homes about every other month.
Currently we are breeding Blues,
Blacks, Torts (surprise!), Sable Points, and Smoke Pearls. We strive for quality in type and Hollands that will excel as wonderful pets!
Drowsy Waters has received Best of Breed and Best Opposite of Breeds. We work with some of the best lines in the NW and strive to improve this wonderful breed! Our lines include Belokonny, L&R, BB's, LYL, and much more.
Rabbits, especially Mini Lops and
Holland Lops have been part of my life since birth!
Drowsy Waters Hollands started
(officially!) in the beginning of 2005 with several months of research! Finally
in March 05 I purchased my first pedigreed show Holland doe from Abby Corliss (Happin’
Hares Rabbitry) here in Forest Grove. My first litter came in April with two
little bucks, a Tort and a Pointed White. In late April I picked up my buck and
four does from Brandi Debs (Brandi’s Bunnies) down in Roseburg! Thank you Brandi
for walking me thr ough all my first time showing stuff!!!!
In January 2006 I won my first leg
(open) with a homebred Holland at our second show! In January 2007 I took my
first BOB and BOS, both with other homebred Holland Lops!
Thank you to every one who has helped me get
this fare! I am very sad to have to cut back on my bunnies!
Our Mission
Our mission for Drowsy Waters Rabbitry is to openly profess
the name of Jesus Christ in our relationships and business, to breed a
qualifying Holland Lop to excel on any show table, that reliably reproduce
genetically consistent Hollands conforming to the A.R.B.A.
Besides the important aspect of the rabbit’s type, we strive
for an excellent temperament, an easy breeder, a producer of large litters, and
basic good health-the qualities of a show and pet rabbit combined.
We would like to help established breeders and we would
particularly like to introduce new breeders to the wonderful world of the rabbit
fancier.
Proud Members of the ARBA, HLRSC (thank you HLRSC
for the privilege of being District 1 Youth Rep!), and NWHLC
