Drowsy Waters Sales Policy
Contact Us

~General Policy~

All goats are sold on a first come first serve basis unless a deposit has been set down.

When coming to see a goat, please set up an appointment before heading out.

All papers will be dealt with at time of sale. Please come prepared with your ADGA, USBGA, or ABGA number for transfers.

All goat meat is sold on the hoof. If you would like to use our butcher, we must receive the payment for the goat and the $65 cut and wrap fee before scheduled slaughtering date. Meat must be picked up at the butcher (State Law) and not from our farm. We use Frontier Custom Cutting in Carlton.

Please feel free to contact us with any additonal questions.

~Bottle Babies~

All bottle babies are sold on a first come first serve basis unless a deposit has been put down.

Please let us know if you are interested in a certain breeding.

All bottle babies must go to their new homes before four weeks of age or price increases. (If babies have already been put on hold a boarding fee will be charged.)

All babies go to new homes disbudded and with shots. Babies will also be sent home with at least 1 gallon of the milk they are used to. We highly recommend raising babies on goat milk if it is available in your area.

Our bottle babies are taken away from mother at birth and hand raised with plenty of attention. Our herd is CAE and CL free. We do not pasteurize. In our experience babies that are raised on raw goats milk grow stronger and faster
.
